Picture happiness as an un-resisted inner energy flow that leads to smiling, laughter, joy and friendship. Really, that’s what’s going on inside of all of us. Before we think or judge, we are positive energy. We seek love and safety.
Judgment, thoughts, evaluations and labels happen after the inner positive energy flows. Judgments form from a resistance of inner energy. It’s a pause and evaluation. They are labels tagged to inner fear. But, prior to that inner energy is positive.
Positive energy doesn’t recognize racism. We all begin in kindness and positivity. Children seek this and feel this. This video is just a simple illustration of friends living in positive energy. Allow the kids to smile. Allow them to fill themselves with positive inner energy.
