What would you do if you found $42,000 on the street? That’s a tough question especially if you are homeless. This man named Glen James put a smile on my face. He didn’t even have to perform a good act.
Just look at him! He makes me smile.
So … I am happy for him. His act of goodness is not only paying rewards with his inner energy and conscience. But a fund has been set up for him in which $18,500 has been raised already! Being consistent with his true character has paid off for him.
During a ceremony for him, he thanked all of those who gave him money when he was panhandling. In a statement, James said, “Even if I were desperate for money, I would not have kept even a penny of the money I found. I am extremely religious. God has always very well looked after me.”
